This would be interesting cause Rutschman has been hitting again this year, I'm not really big on those 3 prospects to be honest either, I just don't know if TB can continue to win with this roster though, if they're still winning in July I'd be all for this
Yeah, the prospects were intentionally chosen. Brito is valued like a really good SP prospect but I think he’s a reliever because of his lack of size. Pierce is last year’s 1st rounder and could be really good, but with the Rays about to draft Cholo or Emerson, Pierce is going to be the forgotten man soon. Melton just hasn’t shown me anything to think he’s legit.
