Say if Aranda is worth 20 and someone offers 21? Of course TB says no cause they don't have to trade Aranda and they wouldn't unless its a really good deal that makes sense so you try to overpay to change their mind, that's where the O's are with Cowser, he still has 3.5 yrs of control left, only 26, he's cheap, could be very good defensively in RF with a good arm, has worked hard to cut down the strikeouts and he can hit for power where as Fraley and Palacios are barely major league players that have zero impact on a game. Santana is having a good year but he's also repeating single A again plus he's pretty low on the pole when you have Walls, Williamson, Williams, the #2 pick, Pierce, Fleming, etc
