Idk if we're giving up Pepoit I'd want a different return than Arraez, I don't think he really makes much of a difference and a couple months of him aren't worth Pep, I'd hope they'd try for another Baz type trade for Pepoit cause that's really looking like a ridiculously good deal for them
LOL. Baz fetched a steep return because his tools far exceed his actual results (which are good, just not great). Pep’s ceiling isn’t far above his actual production. There’s no chance of a Baz type return. Arraez is having a great year and could be worth 2 wins in the 2nd half. He’s definitely worth the squeeze.
Yea but I think Pep would still bring back a good multiplayer return, if Arraez pulls a hamstring or misses a few weeks they basically just gave Pepoit away for free, look at the Lux situation, if TB was only 1-2 players away from making a serious run I'd be all for it but I think even with Arreaz they miss the playoffs, there's just so many teams still in it that are heating up as TB is cooling down, it's definitely going to be a seller's market this year
There is a pretty good reliever with 2.5 years of control in this trade too.
