Umm... What are you talking about? Kayfus has been playing at AAA... He has been literally back to everyday... Also, I know IKF has an injury and I took that into account... My goal was to move Arias, let Genao get the everyday spot until JRam is back and in that time frame we get back IKF to take the last spot on the roster... So my bench in September for Cleveland is Fry, Schneemann, Hedges and IKF... Vogt loves utility on the bench and IKF doesn't take plays off like Arias likes too... Maybe make sure you check the whole picture before posting :P lol
Yea, sorry about that. I must of only looked at the major league game log, not the minor league game log. He looks to be AAAA type of player though, you keep him. It’s still an easy pass for Boston.
It happens, Cleveland is likely to put in an offer for Contreras, who are you looking at getting from Cleveland? And he will be a solid MLB type... Essentially a Casey Blake, numbers wise, who plays 1B/LF...
Cooper Ingle & Justin Campbell, straight up 2 for 1 deal, no cash.
Ingle is a definite nope... So is Campbell... Cleveland would want well over 20 BTV value for that pair... Contreras is worth nowhere near that type of value... Heck, even Kayfus is worth more than Contreras, that's not an opinion but a legit fact...
Well then, Kayfus should be your 1B…
Mazardo hit 27 HRs last season... We needed a RH bat badly, so we ended up with Hoskins... Those two can only play 1B... No ABs left at 1B right now... Hence why I am trading for Contreras, it's not his glove but his bat Cleveland needs... Contreras is the upgrade over Hoskins while Kayfus is blocked, and we have a better 1B prospect than he is also at AAA... Kayfus will be a solid MLB player of that I have no doubt, but no reasonably minded GM would give up Ingle and Campbell for Contreras... Heck most wouldn't give up Campbell straight up for him...
