So roughly a $3.5-4 MM value to Naylor?
Sounds about right, but Cleveland is going to put him at 6-8 until as late as possible and see if anyone goes higher than that 3-4... Cleveland doesn't have to trade him so they will hope someone comes up... They will also listen to deals on Huff who is a stronger defensive catcher than Naylor
If the A's trade Langeliers they'll need an immediate fill at C. They also lean towards the bat for their backstop and (I think) Naylor has the edge over Huff in that regard.
