I was trying to stay away from Marquez and Fisher but I think you’re right that one would probably have to be included. I would add one (probably Marquez) to get it over the fish line but would still want Harris.
I wouldn't trade Gelof for less than Wood/Marquez because Wood needs to prove he can stretch out and handle SP innings. Harris would require a 3rd piece.
