I do think he fits pretty cleanly for 2027 and beyond with Emerson taking over short and Shaw/Donovan as third/right/super-sub. Injury aside, he seems like the type of player Seattle would take a shot on, and given their place in the standings, I think it makes more sense than moving Hancock for a rental, should they choose to do that. But really, I’m a Cubs fan that just wants his shitty personality to go away so Imma keep dreaming.
