In a seller's market, the sim giveth and the sim taketh away. Have no doubt this would hurt O's fans, but there are 5-6 systems I'd personally look into for the Angels before Baltimore's. Fangraphs's latest update doesn't view any of these three as top 100 guys, fwiw (that's Booth and DeLeon) – just two 45+ FV bats and one 45 FV arm – about what it would cost for #2 starter with multiple years of control. A rare commodity! I think the BTV sim is fair given the market – this is just me testing Passan's recent suggestion.
