Two things combine. Mozeliak's installation as the Angels de facto GM may signal an actual rebuild is happening whilst the Nats have a farm system worthy of the name. If the former is the case, Soriano's available and would fit nicely into the Nationals' starting rotation as their #2. Angels are getting a decent and highly-controllable OF in Lile and a couple of live prospects. Kent's a classic crafty lefty with MLB-level offspeed stuff who could get a cup of coffee in DC in September. James; average doesn't look good but he's got a heckuva power/speed combination and an advanced eye. Such a deal would also see Adell being dealt for further prospects.
Interesting idea. I think the Nationals would hold onto Kent since hes the closest SP they have to the bigs and they would probably move Young over Lile
