1Rays aren’t trading Lowe. He’s their best bat, under cheap control for 4 more years and his trade value is still subject to a big discount because of his back injury this year. You’re not gonna get him on the cheap. Heck, you’re not going to get him at all. Well, maybe if the headliner was a certain catcher.
