Rationale: Marlins need more power in their lineup, preferably somebody with several years of club control remaining; Fulton is developing as expected for Day 1 draft pick with solid likelihood of sticking as starting pitcher long term; cash covers Anderson's remaining 2022 salary in case he doesn't return/doesn't perform well coming off shoulder injury.
