Hosmer, Snell and Grisham's salaries mitigate Corbin's $30m in 2024. Grisham's the new Nats RF and I guess Hernandez or Thomas move to LF with Robles at CF. Nats get a Josh Bell replacement at 1B and a starter in Snell. Hosmer and Snell are no longer guaranteed starting roles in San Diego and their exits will mean the Padres are fractionally under the salary cap when all the dust dies down from the deal.
