3I think this would be a great way for the Pirates to get an OF with a little control, who is local, and might be open to an extension in his hometown.

His little bit of control doesn't line up at all with when the Pirates will be trying to compete, imo. I can see the Cubs wanting Peguero but no way the Pirates would do this deal.
He is from Pittsburgh and I assumed they would try to extend him since he is a home town boy.
