If you want Stephenson then you're gonna have to severely overpay and that's coming from a Cleveland fan. The Reds have a nice young core to start a rebuild around. They'll deal Castillo and Mahle for hauls so I doubt that they would part with Santillan because they'll need him. Don't get me wrong, if the Reds are dumb enough to make this trade then count me in, but I would want more if I were them. Stephenson is a stud.
Honestly, I don't hate it. You might get better results if you combined Hankins and Tena into another player (Zach Plesac would fit and I'd ship him out in a heartbeat). Cleveland gains a bunch of 40 man spots, gets a decent catcher under control for 4 more years, and starts to clarify the MIF situation.

I wouldn't be against the move honestly... I agree, I doubt the Reds take it though.
