Marte does not want to play the outfield so that makes him useless to the Guardians. The outfield challenged Guardians should do everything to not trade George Valera.

Where have you heard Marte does not want to play outfield? He's been playing outfield for years.

Rotowire 5 days ago stated that it is likely to see Marte back at 2nd Base as the wear and tear of playing center field prompted Arizona to make the move back to the infield.

Interesting. I wonder how he'd feel about playing 3B? The Rays could use him there (or COF).

This deal sucks for Cleveland. The other one is much better IMO.

Rays aren’t doing any of these trades. They have the Farm to get a big RHB without creating a hole on their current Major league team. If Ramirez is cost prohibitive, then fine – go get Marte or Votto or sign Castellanos. The Rays did not struggle offensively last year. Their pitching was just too green for the biggest stage. That should be less a problem this year, and if it’s not, the Rays can make a move at the deadline. Point being, the Rays aren’t trading Arozarena or B.Lowe or any of their young top pitchers.

Cleveland is not looking for all prospects in any deal. Look at all their trades the last few years. Regardless, I don't see Cleveland trading Ramirez.

what hole would the Rays be creating? Walls or Brujan replaces Lowe, and one of their many OFs replaces Randy.

That's pretty dismissive of Aroz to say that one of the Rays' many OFs can simply replace him. Aroz is a quality defender who balances out the Rays' roster with above average splits against both handed pitchers, and well above average hitting against LHP (a struggle for the Rays overall). He also gets better late in the season and in the playoffs, something many other Rays struggle with. He's a great player and one the Rays won't want to move. The other outfielders you reference (other than Meadows) are all CFers who are played out of position whenever they man COF. While excellent in the field, their bats aren't sufficient to be everyday COFs. Margot has a wRC+ below 100, which is pathetic for COF. Phillips is fine against RHP, but a black hole against LHP. Neither is a suitable replacement for Aroz as an everyday player in COF. And obviously KK isn't playing COF, as he's the best defender of the bunch. So that leaves Meadows and J.Lowe. Meadows is a true COF with a much better bat than the others, but he struggles to hit LHP like Phillips. He's also an average to below average defender, which isn't what the Rays want in the field. Lowe, who is a CF unlike Meadows, can handle any outfield position in the field, but he's also a rookie with only 1 MLB game under his belt. The Rays aren't going to hand him COF as an everyday player on opening day of his rookie year, and even if they did, it's crazy to think he would replace Aroz's production his first year up. So I come back to my original position. The Rays have the Farm to get Ramirez without creating a problem at another position. If a deal can't be agreed upon, that fine too. The Rays weren't bounced from the playoffs last year because of offense. Their pitching was just too green for the occasion. That shouldn't be as much a problem this year, and if it is, the Rays have the resources to add pitching at the deadline.

Then no deal will happen, because an all prospect deal makes absolutely no sense for the Guardians. Cleveland just added 11 of their prospects to their 40 man roster and are likely facing another crunch this December. More prospects does not always make sense. Like Tampa, Cleveland tries to retool and stay in contention rather than entering a rebuild. I, honestly, don't see Cleveland trading Ramirez.

I'm not saying the Rays' major leaguers are off limits. I'm saying the Rays aren't going to trade their best players for Ramirez. That would be a lateral move or just a minor upgrade overall, and the Rays are looking to make a major upgrade if they trade for Ramirez. Rays have a number of major leaguers available for trade. It doesn't have to be an all prospect trade. Guys like Meadows, Choi, Diaz, KK, Margot, Yarbrough, Fleming, and most/all Rays relievers are probably available for non-star players. For Ramirez, I suspect the Rays would make almost everyone available. The only exceptions are probably Franco, B.Lowe, Aroz, Baz, and McClanny, with Patino and Rasmussen close behind. Zunino might be hard to pry away too.
