1At that salary point, he can be used as a bench bat, early-inning COF, or other flexible options. Plus, potentially a DH in future seasons (assuming it comes to the NL next CBA). Worthwhile risk for the Braves, IMO. I could see why Nationals might down-vote, but Braves should at least consider it.
