This is an ammended trade from an earlier post. This is the gold package and stands for the top prospect offer I believe the Yankees should be willing to go to for Reynolds. Pittsburgh needs multiple prospects will high upside to hopefully start competing by 2023. These prospects are all set to be ready around that time. Peraza looks every bit the five tool player right now and just won minor league player of the month for May. If not for Jasson Dominguez, the most hyped Yankee OF prospect would be Alcantara, and Medina has taken great strides over the past few months. Yankees need an affordable centerfielder and Reynolds checks all the boxes. They should be willing to overpay for his services and this does that.

I like this one too. And yes, the update we just did at the 1/3 mark of the season certainly helped Reynolds' value. He's been on a tear.

Cashman isn't going to give up 3 of their top 12 prospects a #4, #7 and #12, for Reynolds. An overpay is one thing but that a stupid overpay and one thing Cashman isn't is stupid.

Reynolds has the second highest OPS of all centerfielders right now. He's young, not arbitration eligible until next year, and looks like he could be a superstar in waiting. He probably should be the starting centerfielder for the NL in the All Star game. If anything, the package the Yankees would be sending here, might not be enough.
