Spikes

This is a good trade for the Brewers. They fill their 1B and 3B holes in a trade for Hader. I'm not sure the Rays would be happy about their return. Of course they would be happy with Hader but Arcia might make it as only a backup at SS as I suspect the Rays want to give Franco a good look and they still have Adames. Nottingham is out of options and I'm not sure he'd make the Rays rooster. I suppose they could use him as a backup 1B. I think this an offer the Brewers would make but the Rays would be looking for different players or ask the Brewers to add one of their prospects, probably a pitcher.

As a Rays fan, I can confidently state that they will have no interest in Arcia. The Rays face the enviable task this year of trying to fit the #1 and #41 overall top prospects onto their team, plus team top 30 prospects - Taylor Walls and Kevin Padlo. Franco (#1) will likely have to move to 3B because of Willy Adames, and Brujan (#41) might have to move to COF because of Brandon Lowe (or vice versa). The Rays simply don't have the room for another infielder, even if they traded Brosseau and Diaz. That said, a trade of Diaz or Brosseau (maybe both, or one plus a pitcher) for Hader would work for the Rays. They could really use a dominant LHRP, and as you would expect, the Rays have to move 1-3 infielders over the next year. In terms of likely to be traded, I would rank them in the following order - Wendle, then Padlo, then Brosseau, then Diaz, then, way down the list, Walls. Adames could even be had for the right return, but it would have to be a really good return. Choi can also be had if you're looking for a good defending first baseman who hits RHP well.
