1As good as Thor can be, he is a major question mark coming off TJS as well as a whole laundry list of injuries, especially with only one year left. In doing this trade, the A's would rip big holes in both their rotation and bullpen, which stand to lose several free agents after this year, and not have enough money to fill them with anything above replacement level.
