I’m not a fan of Brock Jones. I wanted the A’s to avoid him completely in the Draft so his inclusion here moves the needle the wrong way. The bigger issue is, as I said in the other thread, one of Oakland’s depth chart. I don’t think they trade Brown unless they sign/acquire someone that they can pencil in the line-up on at least a platoon basis. Maybe they sign Robbie Grossman or some other vet? But I think that deal has to happen before a Brown trade crosses the finish line.
