Not sure why Cleveland would turn this down on paper… Though they may say they would rather have Rosario over the draft picks…

2021 Matheu Nelson C (Reds), James Woods (Padres)
2022 Justin Campbell SP (Guardians), Carson Wisenhunt SP (teammate of Gavin Williams/SF Giants)
Given the choice of two of those six guys.. the Guardians could do worse.. a LOT worse..
