    I don’t see the Angels doing this, but it is certainly one clever solution for the Sox pitching needs.

    Problem is that the Angels have the same pitching problems that the Red Sox have so you are correct that the Angels would not do this.

    Notin, are you have any trouble staying excited about baseball? I am finding myself staying away from sports reruns or sports movies as they are depressing for me. It is miserable for me to not have real and fantasy baseball to spend some time with as a retired person stuck at home.

      I’m going slightly crazy now. I wish they’d play televised games in empty stadiums. Given how far apart most players are during games and how frequently the ball gets replaced, baseball is easily the least pandemic-friendly of the major sports.

        I agree. From what I’m hearing, that option is on the table. They might have to get creative and play to empty crowds in Arizona and Florida to minimize the travel (because why would teams bother to travel all over the place, stay in hotels, etc. to play in empty stadiums?), but at least they’d make TV revenue and we’d all have something real to watch.
