Wow, this one is really bold. The Indians get a seriously nice package of prospects here — Graterol would replace Bauer as a quality rotation arm, and Larnach fits their need for a good OF, not to mention Gordon, who could slot in at 2B next year replacing Kipnis. And the two arms would help the Twins in October both this year and next. I like it.
Looking back at this trade in 2022 is wild. Would have been a fleece for the guardians
For Both Bauer and Hand – the Indians should get one of Lewis or Kirilloff as part of the package. Larnach is too far away to be of help in 2020. This package might be acceptable for a rebuilding team, but not one for a team that can contend in 2020. I don’t like it.
