      Yes the will. If we get Burnes, Dodgers would give him up in a heartbeat. We don’t really need him long term because we have Smith now, and tons of MiLB depth behind him.

      On another note, adding Burnes to a rotation that now has kershaw again along with Urias, Gonsolin, and likely Ty Anderson would be outright scary for opponents.

    Why wouldn’t they? They have Will Smith and they get back an ace SP. If they want to win the WS again, this makes perfect sense likely for all 3 teams. Brewers can still compete with their rotation and add a stud C. Marlins add young bats and Dodgers get an ace. No one will want to face Burnes, Urias, Gonsolin and Kershaw in a series.
