The Braves probably need Hand more than they need Bauer. The Indians probably need at least one MLB outfielder. But there may be a match between these two playoff hopefuls.

Cleveland likely not trading Hand as they are in playoff contention and need him as much as the Braves do. Cleveland need MLB ready hitting (likely outfielder) but Pache and Waters are not ready and Inciarte and Duvall are no better than what the Indians have now. Cleveland and Atlanta would match up well if the Indians were rebuilding, but that is not the case in 2019.
