    I mean I don’t hate this trade for Cleveland, bit I don’t think it’s something the Cardinals do…

    Cardinals get controllable starter in Plesac, which they could use. They get Gaddis who is the wild card. If he is any good they get another pitcher, right ?
    Tena ETA is far enough away he is under Rule 5 and timed up in dead spot in Cardinal pipeline. Lavastida is C that replaces depth in their system.

    Tribe fills C need plus gets a pitcher for 2 they give. Both teams may feel it’s worth it.
