I think that the Marlins are the best shooters to get Brian Reynolds. It may be in overpaying, but it could help the Marlins to get into the postseason.
IMO, there is absolutely no chance Miami moves Perez, even if it’s in a deal for Reynolds. He’s a consensus top 10-20 prospect who could debut this season, super super duper super promising, I just don’t see it. I also don’t think they’d put in a bad contract and diminish the value of their prospects
