    They Brewers don’t want or need another prospect outfielder, especially as the major part of a trade for Burnes. Burke is a relief pitcher and Dunning is a very BOR starter, maybe a #5/long man for Milwaukee. Leiter didn’t do well in AA (5.54 ERA – 1.56 WHIP – 5 plus walks per 9) and slid way down in the top 100. The Brewers would still want him as part of the package. Leiter and Burke is a good start, but overall the package is far too weak for Milwaukee. Rangers keep Carter and swapped in Jung/Winn OR White/Foscue OR Lowe/Foscue and the Brewers added Brosseau. An overpay by Milwaukee, but they might go for it.
