An absolute doozy of a BR trade. Had to add Volpe and Black to make it work. Absolutely brutal misvalue by the BR baseball staff.
The lack of pitching returning to Milwaukee kills the deal before it gets started. The Yankees don’t match up well in any trade for Burnes because the Brewers would be looking for pitching in return. Volpe would be the only guy the Brewers would have much interest in.
100% I was just going off of a BR article with these trades. BR didn’t even have volpe in the deal. Just an all time bad trade proposal.
