Yeah, chose him because Brewers desperately need a lefty with velocity, as they are currently relying on Hoby Milner and his 89mph heat. I considered Damon Jones, but he has shoulder issues. Maybe Ethan Lindow?
I like Keston Hiura a lot more than I want to but he’s the three outcomes sort of player and a bit too heavy on the strikeout part. I am not sure there’s anything to work with there. The Brewers seemed to have been moving in a different direction for a while now.
I agree that Hiura makes some sense for the Phillies and also that the return isn’t going to be much. I’d take Luke Voit over Keston Hiura if I was the Phillies.
