    CF Ceddanne Rafaela went 2-3 with 2 BB and 7 stolen bases for Portland today.

    He had some solid takes, but was still chasing breaking balls, especially down.
    Encouragingly, he did see 22 pitches in 5 PA, which is well above his season average of pitches per PA.
    Rafaela possesses plus speed. That speed plays both on the bases and in the field.

      7 SB in a game is impressive but the power that helped fuel Rafaela’s rise in 2022 has been non-existent thus far.

        Scoring change, he only stole 6 bags, defensive indifference on one of them
