The Jays rotation is pretty much set this year and next with Manoah, Berrios, Bassitt, Kikuchi, and Gausman. Cobb complicates things. Having Ryu coming back around the trade deadline really complicates things.
White and Cimber are on the IL and are expected back soon. Adding Brebbia and Duval complicates things. With Green expected back around the same time as Ryu, it really complicates things.
Then there is the roster juggling. Adding 4 players from Giants 40 man while removing only 1 from the Jays 40 man.
Then there is payroll. Adding those 4 will easily push them into the next tier of the luxury tax.

All valid points mate and well explained. Im playing around with looking at trade partners for the Giants tradable pieces and looking at what prospects are attractive. Harrison/Tiedemann/Wisenhunt trio of lefties for the Giants just got me a little excited. Appreciate the response

Appreciate your kind words and response. IMO, the Jays really need a righty 4th OF guy. Some quality AAA starting depth would be nice too.
        Good luck with your proposals!

If Slater can get himself healthy, I could see him getting moved, AAA depth could possibly be Hjelle? It’ll depend on if the Giants plan on selling
