The Guardians needing offense at almost every position on the field call the Red Sox and offer up this trade package, giving them the best defensive OF in the Major Leagues with Kwan, Straw, Duran and a major upgrade to their line up with Duran having an All Star season. I’m not sure the Red Sox should sell low on Duran right now but for some reason Bloom likes the deal and accepts.
The Red Sox who have no SP don’t have the needed assets to deal for a SP like Allen. Duran outside of that goofy ballpark is garbage so the Red Sox can keep him. Maybe the Marlins could get suckered into dealing for him?

Cleveland is not trading Logan Allen. Duran is not the power bat that the Guardians need.
