    I think Lars Nootbar’s untouchable. That might be deluded thinking, but that’s where I’m at.

    There’s a couple of teams might be able to win the World Series with two very strong starting pitchers and even a few with three that look like top 20 pitchers to me. The Mariners seem like they’ll be one of the teams on the outside looking in and that makes me sad. Logan Gilbert’s been really good. I’d maybe trade away Nootbar for him if I was controlling the Card’s.

    Ultimately, I’m a Braves fan though. I feel like this site’s got Ian Anderson, Bryce Elder, and AJ Smith-Shawver at too high a value.

    In this three-way, I think it’d be good for both the Braves and the Mariners, horrible for the Cardinals.
