    Thanks for posting this one. Rays just took whatever they could get for him at this point, which is kinda sad.

      Sad is correct. They could have gotten so much more for him even just 6 months ago.

      Dbacks also had to eat 300K in cash, which effectively reduces their return in this trade to zero.

        Reports are that they wanted to save salary there, so that makes sense. But yeah, hard fall for a guy who was once a top trade candidate.
