The Indians get an OF that can hit. They get the AL HR leader in 2020. They get the Yankees #4 and #5 prospects including SS of the future in Peraza.

The Yankees get a SS upgrade, move Torres to 2B, and re-sign DJ Lemahieu as their primary 1B. They also get a starting pitcher familiar with Steve Blake – their pitching coach.

    • Cleveland has 9 middle infielders in their top 30 according to MLB.com. Ray Butler, of Prospects 365, has 5 Indian middle infield prospects that he rates higher than Peraza so I would not say he would be their SS of the future. As I have stated in other trade proposals, I, personally, doubt that the Indians trade Plesac. I also don’t see the Yankees trading both Voit and Frazier.
