    Verdugo is a nice OF piece of the trade. He’d start immediately. Duran regressed at AA and is a no power OF. Chavis isn’t good enough to play 1B or LF on a regular basis and is a utility type who wouldn’t be an upgrade anywhere for the Brewers. Eovaldi is fading fast and probably a very, very expensive long guy in the pen who would struggle in Milwaukee. The only reason the Brewers would take him is the cash would off set his salary. Rodriguez is very solid #3 guy , but a one year rental and gone in 2022. IF Rodriguez wasn’t a rental this would be a good deal for both teams. This deal would be a straight salary dump for the Brewers, but Woodruff is just too good to lose for Verdugo and a one year rental.
