    dalquist and stiever have a chance to be in the middle of a rotation, sheets might just need opportunity and Rodriguez is a wild card that could pan out.

      I don’t think the A’s would do this. Trading a starter for 4 unimpressive prospects does not get this done.

        In a couple months, if the A’s are out of it, I can see them considering something like this. They need both quantity and quality to rebuild their farm.

          But not right now. Even after a rough start, I can still see them winning the division.

          Also the guys they are getting back are more quantity than quality.

      Yankees just traded for Odor, and the Braves traded for Orlando Arcia. What do you mean by traded don’t happen in April?

      And now is the best time to make this trade. Eloy will be back later in the year.

        they were dfa’d there’s a difference in the level of player were talking about. eloy could be back but it’s unlikely he’d be the same player this year, either way an upgrade is needed
