Mcmahon’s career OPS splits are away .600 and Coors .800 so expect some regression to .650 -.700 in 2022.
He also has .655 vs LSP to .845 vs RSPs so his bat vs LSP outside of Coors are likely to disappoint.
But his glove will remain GG level.

Finally, Mcmahon’s best use is 3B defense – will Rendon move?
    His value diminishes as 1B/2B.

I agree with what’s stated above, as McMahon is blocked on LA by Rendon and any movement elsewhere creates a new problem. 2b moves Fletcher to an inferior position of SS. He’s better suited as a 2b. If McMahon moves to 1b, Jared Walsh is there.

Adell is a great fit and a young, controllable piece. This swap seems unnecessary.

It could also move Fletcher to the bench, where he belongs.
