I doubt the Rays will be interested in trading 2 of their 3 best relievers. Also doubt they have any desire to add additional 2B to their system. They are already overflowing with middle infielders.

Yeah I don’t think this would be that good of a trade. The idea was to go all in for the Angels, see what they could get back, see if they could get impact relievers and post it. In my previous deal, I had Quero in a package for Rosario and Plesac. Going all in on often injured relievers would be ridiculous (I totally get all the dislikes), but I would not be shocked to see it happen, or even see the Rays do it. We know how they operate. In terms of middle infielders, they might be dealing some of them for a catcher, Sean Murphy comes into mind.

I don’t always use the simulator to find a perfect deal for all of the teams involved, I like to throw ideas, seeing how far teams can go by going all in (like here) or follow the rumors to predict what can happen.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Rays moved one of Adam, Fairbanks and Feyer, but not 2. Rays get Kitt back for the post season, so they’d still have 3 dominant relievers when the games really count.
