This looks like an effort by a Cubs fan (i.e., CubsRule) to sabotage both the Orioles and the Reds. I don’t think this works for the O’s.
Just can’t see where the Reds would need to do this trade. Reds would be giving up 2 of top 3 starters and two top prospects. In return, a few mid level prospects and two older MLB role players. Of course the 60 million would excite the reds but not that desperate yet with a smaller payroll for 2023. If Reds are trading Hunter Greene and Edwin Arroyo, then a top prospect or two will have to be received in return. I could actually see the reds trade one of their INF prospects (since they have so many) for a top OF prospect. Something like Edwin Arroyo for Colton Cowser for example. Not sure the Orioles would do this since they have INF prospects but another team may be open for a swap.
