Cleveland has too many position players to take a deal like this one as is, plus they don’t have depth from their left handers, so it’s hard to merit moving Herrin…
Like I would get Civale for O’Neill, both teams can understand that move, but Yepez for Herrin swap isn’t something Cleveland can do… It would have to be Tena for Yepez as the second part of the deal…
