      Rays would be better served getting 1-2 other starting pitchers (like Cobb and Giolito) and a couple relievers to boot with that much trade capital. Rays have lost too many arms to injury this year for Ohtani to be brought in as “the missing piece.”

      Also, I doubt the Rays would trade their super utility specialist (Walls) and Ras is basically untradeable with his medical situation.
