This makes absolutely no sense for the Brewers. Milwaukee will never trade a TOR SP and get no MLB ready pitching in return. Their weakness is pitching due to injuries, so it would make no sense for them to trade pitching for a bunch of maybes.The very last thing they need is more prospect OFs and here they get 2.
I don’t understand these posters who think Milwaukee will just give away TOR pitchers and get little or no pitching in return. Milwaukee is looking to ADD pitching, not trade away any TOR starters without getting big league ready pitching in return. Here the Brewers get two OF prospects that they don’t want or need and an infielder. The Brewers are in the hunt for a playoff spot in the Central, so trading pitching without getting anything in return is ridiculous.
