In this equitable and obviously unbiased blockbuster the Cubs pick up 2B prospect Carter Kieboom who may profile exactly like Nico Hoerner or Starlin Castro. They also get stellar backup catch Yan Gomes to up the Brazilian contingent on their roster and offer the Nats just a small dose of salary relief. In return the Nats get Kris Bryant (a former ROY, MVP and World Series champion who has averaged 6 WAR per year for his career) and the enigmatic and colorful Javy Baez who hopefully can fill Kieboom’s shoes at 2B for the Nats. In order to assure the return was fair to DC the Cubs also include Yu Darvish as an added and valueless bonus (per this site).
All of your trade proposal is not considering each team’s payroll flexibility. So dumb.
