Gitty Up! Id be thrilled with this if I’m the Brewers. Its a massive win 1.Cain 2.Yelich 3.Arenado 4.Huira 5.Braun/Garcia 6.Narvaez 7.Smoak/Braun 8.Urias that’s one of the best lineups in baseball with great depth and flexibility. The farm system would be dead dead after this trade with some intersting pieces but much further down. They would need Erceg and Ray to bounce back this year but the MLB squad is rather young so the lack on near MLB ready prospects isn’t as bad as it seems.

If the Rockies are willing to move Arenado for strictly prospects I’d imagine they might want at least one arm coming back. Turang’s well rounded skill set in Colorado would be a great fit given his defense. Adding perhaps Supak and/or Brown to give the Rockies some near MLB ready arms would likely be something they would value. That said I highly highly doubt the Brewers would be the top bidder if the Rockies are seeking prospects. His contract and likely opt out limits his value but I’d imagine another team would potentially pony up a top 50 prospect albeit the trade will lack the same depth as this Brewers trade.
