Dodgers replace Alexander in the bullpen with Allen.

Indians get three prospects, and their CF in Marte.

Marlins get prospects and a LHRP in alexander.

    Thoughts?

I like the Allen for swing role but the return includes too many young prospects for .1 SV for LA .
Just send older prospect like White @ .8 sv — some of these .1 sv guys missed a yr and may have more poterntial than you think.
The 3 hitter min hurt a 1 pitch/ sinker RP like Alexander who has no change-up or slider/slurve to challenge RHBs.

No prospect in this trade is going to return Marte from the Marlins — he has .8 bwar and is their CF.

If Cleveland is going to acquire any prospects, they will be good ones, not ones like mentioned here. They aren’t going to sell Allen at his lowest point. No team would, or at least they shouldn’t. Cleveland will try to get the 24 yr old right and their track record suggests that there is a pretty good chance of that happening.
